Two retiring Ohio County Public Library Board of Trustees members were applauded recently by the library staff and board. Donna Fogle and Jeanie Liggett “conscientiously served their community for several years, offering advice and carrying responsibility for public library services,” said OCPL Director Cynthia Schmid-Perry.

They were instrumental in defining the needs of a new library building and watching it grow from the ground up, she said. And they have supported preservation of the Carnegie Library building.
