The Rising Sun Lady Shiners have been battling injuries all season and yet another bag of ice was needed as they traveled to Versailles for a key Ohio River Valley Conference battle against the South Ripley Lady Raiders on Thursday, Jan. 10.

Rising Sun didn’t use that as an excuse and gave the league leading Raiders all they could handle in a 43-40 loss.
