The Rising Sun Lady Shiners defeated Seton Catholic 55-29 on Monday, Jan. 21 in a make up game.

Rising Sun jumped out to a 20-4 lead and cruised from there with a 28-9 lead at halftime and 44-19 at the end of three quarters.

Senior Kennedy Oser scored 12 points to lead the Lady Shiners. Sydney Willhite added 10. Brittany Camden added nine points. Sydney Elliott had eight and Ali Bostic six. Each had a 3-pointer.

Other scoring for the Shiners were Amber Sporleder four, Bailey Baker two, Tiffany Vinup two, Erin Webb one and Haley Presley one.

Seton’s Megan Schroeder led all scorers with 15.

Rising Sun (10-7) was to host Switzerland County Tuesday but results were not available at press time.
