An accidental fire Saturday, April 9, destroyed an old farm house which had been remodeled by owner Wade Jordan, a carpenter, said Rising Sun Fire Chief Kevin Armstrong.

“It was a total loss,” he said of the house at 3130 Bascom Corner Road, Ohio County, home to three. Jordan did have insurance, added Armstrong.
