|Seventh grade wins two of three|

Rising Sun seventh grade defeated Greendale 31-29 behind 20 points by Lucy Carrigan including a game winning 3-pointer.
Greendale jumped out to a 9-0 lead after one quarter before Rising Sun rallied to trail 11-9 at the half. The Shiners went ahead 22-19 after three quarters.
Other scoring for the Shiners were Chelsea Brown with five, Sarah Camden four, and Erica Schraeder two. The Shiners were 8-for-22 at the free throw line.
Rising Sun followed that win up with a 29-25 win over Milan.
Rising Sun trailed 8-4 and 18-9 after the first two quarters but rallied to cut the lead to 20-18 and outscored the Indians 11-5 in the final quarter for the win.
Carrigan led the way with 15. Brown added 10. Camden and Kasey Baker scored two each.
Rising Sun suffered a 21-16 loss to Shawe on Jan. 26. Shawe cut it to 15-14 and limited the Shiners to a free throw in the final quarter to post the win.
Carrigan led the Shiners with nine. Jayden McAlister added five and Brown two.
Kate Grote led Shawe with nine.
