| School approves Sunday games, lunch price increase |

Perhaps the most important topic discussed at the Feb. 11 Rising Sun Ohio County School Board meeting was one that wasn’t on the agenda. Board Member Tim Phelps brought up a concern dealing with special needs students during the miscellaneous business at the end of the meeting. Several teachers in attendance along with a parent of a special needs child echoed the concern of classes being full as a pair of classes had over 30 students.
