Shiners down Rebels for second win

The second season is about to begin for high school basketball in Indiana and the Rising Sun Shiners hope to have gotten it started a little early.

After winning its opening game against South Dearborn, the Shiners dropped 15 straight until Thursday, Feb. 7 as they defeated the Southwestern Rebels 37-36 in Ohio River Valley Conference action.
