Everett L. Boggs of Ohio County has been charged with 21 counts of Theft in the Ohio County Circuit Court.

Rising Sun Police Detective Rodney Rimstidt investigated Boggs, treasurer of the Ohio Valley River Cats, for theft of club funds dating back to March 23, 2009 through Aug. 31, 2012.

The amounts ranged from $41.01 to $750 and totaled over $8000.
