Indiana’s 6th Congressional District Congressman Messer will hold “Coffee with the Congressman” stops with constituents at 8 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 21,  at Liberty Bell Restaurant, 216 S Main St., Liberty, and at 10 a.m. Friday, Feb. 22, at Jack's Place, 406 Main St, Rising Sun.

Indiana’s 6th Congressional District, a 19 county region of east-central and southeastern Indiana comprised of manufacturing and agricultural communities. Elected President of the Republican Freshman Class by his peers, Messer serves on the House Committees on Budget, Foreign Affairs, and Education & the Workforce.
