The Easter Bunny will be coming Friday March 1 to Rising Sun as part of First Friday events.

The shops of Downtown Rising Sun will be open from 6 till 9 p.m. Each store will be offering treats, and, hidden Easter eggs with special discounts. Unique gifts make shopping for Easter a pleasure, especially, if there is chocolate.

.Java Beans will be providing goodies at the Pendleton Art Center while everyone enjoys watching the little ones getting their pictures taken with the Easter Bunny. Help pick the winner of the children’s art contest. The People’s Choice Award and prizes in different categories will be presented to the winners of a coloring contest sponsored by Historic Downtown.
