City working without contract with EDC

In a joint meeting Monday, Feb. 25 between the Rising Sun City Council, Ohio County Commissioners and Ohio County Council, Rising Sun Mayor Branden Roeder reported that the city does not wish to enter into a contract with the Economic Development Corporation.
