Vevay Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine slates open house
Vevay Family Medicine and Vevay Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine are hosting a ribbon cutting and open house for the community Thursday, Nov. 21, at their new facility, 1035 W. Main St.
The celebration will begin with the ribbon cutting at 3:30 p.m., followed by the open house through 6 p.m. Tours of the facility and light refreshments will be provided.
Those attending the event will have the opportunity to meet Family Medicine Physician Melissa Mefford, and Nurse Practitioner Sheri Roberts, as well as Physical Therapist Tammy Gray, and Physical Therapist Assistant/Athletic Trainer Jennifer Bostic, along with their staff members.
A native of Switzerland County, Mefford began seeing patients at the Vevay facility in late October. She is welcoming patients of all ages, from newborns through geriatrics.
Roberts, who has cared for patients in the Vevay area for the past several years, has relocated her practice to the new facility and now sees patients full time basis. Roberts also is accepting new patients of all ages.
Under the direction of Tammy Gray, Vevay Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine offers preventive and rehabilitative services for people of all activity levels including children, high-level athletes and geriatric patients. Gray is assisted by Jennifer Bostic, also a native of Switzerland County.
Vevay Family Medicine and Vevay Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine are part of the Highpoint Health and Highpoint Health Physician Partners network of care providers.
